ConstructaVision is a design/build firm specializing in high-end custom interiors. From a simple table to a full interior build-out, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service on every project.

Our residential division has emerged as an industry leader in the Northwest and beyond thanks in large part to the urban development of Portland’s Pearl District. The Pearl has transformed from an industrial eyesore to a hub for upscale urban living. ConstructaVision has been highly involved in many of the projects that have helped shape the district as we know it.

ConstructaVision’s reach is not limited only to Portland, as evidenced by our projects in both downtown Los Angeles and San Diego. In both of these markets we have worked on high-rise loft/condo projects that implemented our signature “Pearl Sliders” (sliding glass doors & partitions) and mobile kitchen islands. The sliders expertly divide space and create privacy, without sacrificing natural light.

From display fixtures to cash wraps and conference tables to sliding office partitions, we work with you to create the perfect environment for both customers and employees. In addition to a long list of retail build-outs, ConstructaVision has worked closely with designers, architects, developers and construction companies on many high-rise loft and condo buildings in Portland, Los Angeles and San Diego. We recently completed the lobby build-out for the Eliot Tower in SW Portland’s rejuvenated cultural district. Other recent projects include our largest single room installation of sliding doors (“Pearl Sliders”) for Blue Research’s new Pearl District office, a large-scale update to Sunset Lanes bowling alley in Beaverton, OR, the Pearl District offices for Debbie Thomas Real Estate, the full build-out for Imelda’s Pearl location, multiple projects for Legacy Health Systems, the new Pearl offices for Soderberg Laman Designers and many more. We have had the privilege of working with Jack Messick & Gary Lee of ConstructaVision for the past eight years and over hundreds of condominiums. Beginning with The Edge Lofts, they constructed sliding glass panels to help us demise bedrooms in open loft spaces. We installed these in our most expensive units, and sales for these quickly outpaced those without them, and that were less expensive.

In The Elizabeth Lofts, we also installed kitchen islands to most of the 180 units. Buyers during pre-construction elected to purchase these at their own cost, and we further added them to all of our unsold homes.

As sales have slowed, we have found their upgrades to be more necessary than ever in our current project, The Westerly, where we have been able to maintain one of the highest price averages in the city. We've ordered sliding glass panels, wall beds, bookshelves, furniture and islands of all shapes and sizes, as well as providing general credits to buyers allowing them to customize their own upgrades once they move in.

We believe this has been instrumental in our efforts and plan to continue to use ConstructaVision products in the future.
